Stoke win today.

October 31, 2009 by shantystar

Stoke lost both to Chelsea and Man Utd at home this season, but still, they were able to defeat Burnley, Sunderland (!) and West Ham which tells us that they stand a great chance to defeat Wolves as well. Better teams left Stoke with empty hands and I think same will apply to Wolves even with their striker. Stoke does not score too many goals and therefore I have decided to go for X with -1EH, smaller stake of course. Wolves have one clear target this season which is of course to stay up & they know they need to start finding more consistency & displaying more quality in all areas if they are to get more positive results in the Premier League.

Union Berlin SpVgg Greuther Fürth 1-2
MSV Duisburg Union Berlin 3-1

Lineup: Glinker (1) - Rauw (6), Stuff (5), Göhlert (15), Kohlmann (7) - Parensen (29) - Mattuschka (17), H. Dogan (10), Gebhardt (4) - Benyamina (22), Mosquera (9)

FSV Frankfurt
Stats: Rank 17 - 1/2/7 - 8-24 goals

Last games:
FSV Frankfurt 1860 München 3-2
Fortuna Düsseldorf FSV Frankfurt 4-1
FSV Frankfurt 1. FC Kaiserslautern 1-1

Lineup: P. Klandt (1) - Hickl (17), Klitzpera (3), Husterer (4), Voigt (13) - Mehic (8), Orahovac (39) - Göbig (33), Gjasula (18), Kujabi (23) - Cenci (9)

A few words:
Union is very nice at home with 4/0/1 stats. And on the other side Frankfurt with 0/0/5 away with 1-16 goals ... that looks clear at the moment. But h2h looks different... last 5 meetings, Frankfurt won 4 of them.
Union plays very offensive with 20 goals so far they manage to score 2 goals each game in average. Mosquera with 6 goals is in a nice shape. The whole team looks ready to beat Frankfurt.
Frankfurt scored 1 goal goal in 5 away games. Only Cenci with 4 goals is able to score ...
To sum up ... this game is too clear

Düsseldorf - Karlsruhe

Düsseldorf
Stats: Rank 5 - 5/2/3 - 16-9 goals

Last games:
1. FC Kaiserslautern Fortuna Düsseldorf 0-2
Fortuna Düsseldorf FSV Frankfurt 4-1
SpVgg Greuther Fürth Fortuna Düsseldorf 2-1

Lineup: Ratajczak (22) - Weber (2), Anderson (20), Langeneke (6), van den Bergh (21) - C. Costa (3) - Lambertz (17), Christ (10), Caillas (30) - Harnik (34), Jovanovic (9)

Karlsruhe
Stats: Rank 13 - 3/3/4 - 12-5 goals

Last games:
Karlsruher SC RW Oberhausen 1-1
FC Augsburg Karlsruher SC 1-1
Karlsruher SC Arminia Bielefeld 0-1

Lineup: M. Miller (31) - Mutzel (8), S. Langkamp (24), M. Langkamp (23), A. Schäfer (11) - Staffeldt (17), Aduobe (4) - Stindl (28), Iashvili (9), Blum (25) - A. Fink (14)

A few words about the game:
Düsseldorf is unbeaten at home with 9-2 goals. They are one of the big suprises so far. They play as a team and everbody fights. With Jovanovic and Harnik they have big quality in their offensive.
Karlsruhe with no real topscorer .. there is nobody with more than 2 goals. They have bigger names in their team and perhaps more qulity but not the good shape as Düsseldorf. Hard to predict ... both are able to win here .. nobet

Oberhausen - Paderborn

Oberhausen
Stats: Rank 6 - 5/2/3 - 11-13 goals

Last games:
Karlsruher SC RW Oberhausen 1-1
RW Oberhausen FC St. Pauli 1-3
TuS Koblenz RW Oberhausen 0-1

Lineup: Pirson (21) - Pappas (4), Miletic (18), Schlieter (16), Schmidtgal (8) - Petersch (17), B. Reichert (5), Stoppelkamp (7), Schüßler (12) - Terranova (10), König (13)

Paderborn
Stats: Rank 10 - 3/4/3 - 15-14 goals

Last games:
SC Paderborn Arminia Bielefeld 0-2
Hansa Rostock SC Paderborn 1-2
SC Paderborn FC Augsburg 2-2

Lineup: Masuch (22) - Gonther (26), Holst (3), Mohr (6), Schachten (8) - R. Zedi (2) - Guié-Mien (15), Alushi (5), Brückner (21) - Saglik (11), Manno (29)

A few words about the game:
Oberhausen with 11 scored goals a very defensive team. They play a constant and controlled game. I cant believe that they will kepp this position rill the end of the season.
Paderborn is a team with a big random factor. They can beat big teams but they can also lose against every team. Saglik with 4 goals best scorer in Paderborn he is in a nice shape. Not a realy interesting game to bet

Bielefeld - Cottbus

Bielefeld
Stats: Rank 1 - 8/0/2 - 20-8 goals

Last games:
SC Paderborn Arminia Bielefeld 0-2
Arminia Bielefeld Alemannia Aachen 1-0
Karlsruher SC Arminia Bielefeld 0-1

Lineup: Eilhoff (22) - Lamey (20), Mijatovic (16), Kucera (31), Feick (27) - Kauf (5) - Kirch (13), Federico (8), Halfar (24), Janjic (15) - C. Katongo (10)

Cottbus
Stats: Rank 11 - 3/3/4 - 17-19 goals

Last games:
FC St. Pauli Energie Cottbus 1-1
Energie Cottbus 1. FC Kaiserslautern 1-2
Alemannia Aachen Energie Cottbus 1-1

Lineup: Tremmel (30) - S. Angelov (4), I. Mitreski (24), Brzenska (25), Bittroff (15) - Burca (27) - M. Kurth (16), Kruska (18) - Kweuke (11), Jula (9), Radu (14)

A few words about the game:
Bielefeld is the best team so far ... with 20-8 goals and 8/0/2 games they play very well so far. Giovanni Federico is a goal guarantee with 8 scored goals so far. They can beat everybody away or at home doesnt play a role..
Cotbus is a very good team but without luck .. they have so many injuries: Adi, Sorensen, Petersen, Timo Rost, Ziebig, Sokolenko and da Silva. Wow very hard for Cottbus these days. Most of the injured players are big misses but Shao, Jula and Radu in nice shape... they have big qualities, these 3 players with 11 goals so far ...

Ahlen - Fürth

Ahlen
Stats: Rank 18 - 0/2/8 - 5-19 goals

Last games:
Rot Weiss Ahlen FC Augsburg 1-3
TuS Koblenz Rot Weiss Ahlen 1-1
Rot Weiss Ahlen Hansa Rostock 0-2

Lineup: Kirschstein (1) - Kittner (5), Omodiagbe (4), Döring (19), Wiemann (20) - di Gregorio (23), Book (10), C. Mikolajczak (19), Felgenhauer (24) - Toborg (11), Reichwein (27)

Fürth
Stats: Rank 8 - 5/0/5 - 20-18 goals

Last games:
SpVgg Greuther Fürth TuS Koblenz 1-2
Union Berlin SpVgg Greuther Fürth 1-2
SpVgg Greuther Fürth Fortuna Düsseldorf 2-1

Lineup: Loboué (1) - Schröck (17), Biliskov (4), Mauersberger (5), Falkenberg (6) - Caligiuri (33) - Nehrig (7), N. Müller (27) - L. Haas (18) - Nöthe (9), Allagui (22)

A few words about the game:
Fürth is nice team they are every year close to regulate in Bundesliga 1. Rahn and Wörle are injured. Thats a miss. Allagui and Nöhe the both scorer with 10 goals so far very impressive.
Ahlen on the other side very low so far. There are no major injuries but less quality and bad shape. They have to awake now ... they have to fight for every point and they have to score more goals ... only 5 goals in 10 games so far...

Augsburg - Aachen

Augsburg
Stats: Rank 7 - 3/6/1 - 19-15 goals

Last games:
Rot Weiss Ahlen FC Augsburg 1-3
FC Augsburg Karlsruher SC 1-1
SC Paderborn FC Augsburg 2-2

Lineup: Jentzsch (1) - D. Reinhardt (15), Möhrle (5), S. Buck (19), Bellinghausen (8) - Sinkala (23) - M. Ndjeng (20), da Costa (10), Traore (16) - Torghelle (14), Thurk (27)

Aachen
Stats: Rank 15 - 2/4/4 - 9-14 goals

Last games:
Alemannia Aachen Union Berlin 1-4
Arminia Bielefeld Alemannia Aachen 1-0
Alemannia Aachen Energie Cottbus 1-1

Lineup: T. Stuckmann (1) - Demai (12), N. Herzig (2), Olajengbesi (19), Achenbach (32) - Junglas (25), Burkhardt (10), Fiel (21), Gueye (14) - Oussalé (23), Auer (9)

A few words about the game:
Augsburg without Sukalo and Werner. They play a nice season but they are low at home with 1/4/0 too many draws ... They play offensive and are able to win against every team. Thurk with 10 goals in 10 games says everything.
Aachen not good at home and bad away. Only one striker in good shape Auer ( 5 goals). They have more qualities in their team ... and i am sure they will climg the scoreboard but when and how much nobody can say. They score to less goals for sure.

1860 - Kaiserslautern

1860
Stats: Rank 14 - 3/2/5 - 13-15 goals

Last games:
FSV Frankfurt 1860 München 3-2
1860 München MSV Duisburg 3-1
FC St. Pauli 1860 München 3-1

Lineup: Kiraly (1) - Rukavina (2), Felhi (5), T. Hoffmann (4), Holebas (14) - Ignjovski (8) - Aigner (15), Ludwig (18), Camdal (20) - K. Cooper (33), Lauth (11)

Kaiserslautern
Stats: Rank 2 - 6/3/1 - 15-8 goals

Last games:
1. FC Kaiserslautern Fortuna Düsseldorf 0-2
Energie Cottbus 1. FC Kaiserslautern 1-2
FSV Frankfurt 1. FC Kaiserslautern 1-1

Lineup: Sippel (1) - Dick (23), Amedick (5), Rodnei (20), Bugera (17) - Ilicevic (22), B. Schulz (4), Mandjeck (15), Paljic (7) - Jendrisek (26), A. Nemec (32)

A few words about the game:
1860 with some bad and some very nice matches ... they have to make some nice matches again to climb the scoreboard and they will ... they have more quality then they show at the moment. Bierofka and lovin still injured but they are longtime injured. 1860 good at home but very bad without a win away.
Lautern plays a nice season so far, home and away. Everybody in the team is able to score. They have big names in their roster and act as a team. More quality then 1860 but as i said 1860 sometimes makes big games...especially at home

Koblenz - Duisburg

Koblenz
Stats: Rank 16 - 2/3/5 - 9-14 goals

Last games:
SpVgg Greuther Fürth TuS Koblenz 1-2
TuS Koblenz Rot Weiss Ahlen 1-1
TuS Koblenz RW Oberhausen 0-1

Lineup: Yelldell (1) - Forkel (2), Mavric (4), B. Lense (12), Skeraj (27) - M. Hartmann (6), Morack (14) - Melinho (20), Skela (28), Krontiris (10) - S. Kuqi (32)

Duisburg
Stats: Rank 9 - 4/2/4 - 17-18 goals

Last games:
MSV Duisburg Hansa Rostock 3-1
1860 München MSV Duisburg 3-1
MSV Duisburg Union Berlin 3-1

Lineup: Starke (1) - Korzynietz (2), Schlicke (4), Fahrenhorst (15), Veigneau (28) - Yankov (26), Bodzek (13), Ben-Hatira (32), Tiffert (10) - K. Andersen (34), Larsen (19)

A few words about the game:
There are only 2 players in Koblenz who scored a goal !!!!!! Kuqi with 7 goals and Lense (defensive) with 2 goals... thats strange. Too much depends one scorer. Kuqi is able to score against duisburg for sure but the whole team is very defensive. Kuqi in nice shape but if he has a bad daily shape koblenz wont be able to score... Duisburg is a big team in league 2. They are able to play in the top5 ... those days they are not in a good shape. They lost in cup versus Augsburg 0-5 ... They have the quality to destory Koblenz but without shape they can also get destryed by Koblenz ... it depends on the daily shape

Rostock - St.Pauli

Rostock
Stats: Rank 12 - 4/0/6 - 15-18 goals

Last games:
MSV Duisburg Hansa Rostock 3-1
Hansa Rostock SC Paderborn 1-2
Rot Weiss Ahlen Hansa Rostock 0-2

Lineup: soon

St.Pauli
Stats: Rank 3 - 6/2/2 - 24-11 goals

Last games:
FC St. Pauli Energie Cottbus 1-1
RW Oberhausen FC St. Pauli 1-3
FC St. Pauli 1860 München 3-1

Lineup: soon

A few words about the game:
Rostock isnt good at home and isnt good away .. they score less goals and arent in a good shape. Their two best scorer Jänicke and Sebastian are Defensive and midfielder ... no real offensive striker Rostock won versus Pauli the last 4 meetings. This year could be different. Pauli with a very nice season so far. They play offensive soccer and they have success. The whole team fights and their shape is brilliant. Pauli is the best team Away with 4/0/1 and 15-4 goals.
